It was a locally organised sportive anyway, not a race. Usual story of racer providing own copy and pics to local media for loads of publicity as the editors do not verify content when someone is filling their column inches for free. Tut!

..Who do seem to make very nice bikes! I suspect it was their PR guy rather than the rider though.
