Motobecane frame lock. Finding a key replacement.

Hallo there!

This frame lock is an old vintage frame lock from a vintage motobecane 1976 bicycle. But sadly I don't have the key, I searched every where but cant find any motobecane frame locks on the internet for a key, so do you know about this frame lock and do you know where I can find a copy key for this lock just let me know! Thank you in advance! (PS I see there is a number on it number 21 maybe thats the original key number ?)
