what exactly are you using to scrape the paint off?
i'm trying to remove some primer & paint stripper isnt making any difference :evil:

Seems I have the same story with top tube in my 1992 Attitude. The fact is that it might be a little complicated to have it painted once again (horizon linear fade)
I think I have a photo of it on my home computer, I will try to add it tonight.
