moots dilemma

I'd put gears on it but leave the bars and fork, just because the SS tensioner setup looks out of place on such a lovely frame

I would have gears, flat bar and rigid fork, but thats what i'd do. Do what you like the most!

im thinking about leaving it as it is......and adding a moots Ti layback seat post and moots Ti 31.8 stem so i keep the bars.

aint had it off road yet so will see.......

Rigid, gears, Flite and a normal flat bar.

I personally hate those Jones bars with a passion, make a tasty bike look stupid!

All my personal opinion though.
