Mongoose Amplifier???

I didn't know they had a version that had welded re-inforcment at the headtube? I almost thought this was a B3 but it has the two small diameter downtubes. :?

definately an amp but looks to be a repair job on the headtube..

yeah, that headtube plate doesn't look as nicely done as the rest of the frame so agree with the repair job.

either a repair or it's been beefed up along with the rear shock for downhill racing...........I saw a pic of one of these warming up on the rollers for the Kamikaze or somesuch and it had what looked like a 58tooth chainring on it :shock: ......obviously built for speed :twisted:

I had an amplifier 2 that came with the same gusset and rear shock.

Single downtube though.
