Why did they do that, surely by saying to open the bag behind a wall is suggesting they thought the bag might explode, in which case they were endangering a persons life by making them go and open a bag behind a wall because they had the suspicion it might contain an explosive device, so in effect the PCSO was being used as a human shield, which is totally against the Geneva accord of 1949. And to think people complain about the Israeli military/police practice of doing similar with the Palestinian people. I was not aware this practice which is against the Geneva convention was used by our own plod.
