Very very nice frame- well finished & great colour. Quite a few little chips and scratches but no dents and still looks great.

18" frame top tube is near enough 23&1/2"

I will sort out some more pics tomorrow if anybody wants them.

It is indeed a nice frame- thankinyou!

Um fireplace is unbricked?! Maybe your eyes are playing tricks on you? If I unbricked it any more I'd be in next doors front room!

Anyways frame is double butted steel. It has Ritchey drop outs and curvy stays, the stays are identical to the 853 model. Frame weighs just under 5lbs. 27.2 post and 100mm or a bt more forks. I think thats everything...

that's quite a long top tube for a 18" isn't it?
how does the bike handle?

What's the story re the head tube? Looks a bit fancy; will it take a standard headset (thinking Hope, 1 1/8th obviously)

Yep headset is standard 1/18th.

Re frame sizing- 18" centre to top- I ran it with a 60mm stem and I'm 5'11. Heres a pic of it set up for me. (I think the forks are wound out to a bit more than 100mm in the pic)
