Modern Rear susp question

Can anyone help or advise on getting replacement parts for a rear suspension setup,

My mate has a Mongoose Teocali Elite and the rear assembly has play in what seems to be a pivot by the BB.

Can I get a service kit ? Bearing kit ? and where is best to get.

I have no idea about this bouncy stuff

Any help will be greatly appreciated as usual Can do pics if needed

I would find the local dealer of that brand and order new swingarm bearings from them. If you aren't able to install them, then the LBS should be able to handle that part easily.
