These have short wheelbases and fag paper clearances. Don't see them come up very often.
Vintage MKM 'Dominator' 531 DB Road Frame 1977 23.25” | eBay
It is marked '4690' which from the MKM database dates it as 1977. It has a Milremo headset and a quite rare Milremo binder bolt. All transfers are original it appears to have been made by MKM and built into a complete bike by Harry Hall cycles (see sticker on forks).
