These look tidy, do they come with the rubber boots to cover the adjusters and the little dust cover bungs where the gear cables go in?, any surface rust on the chrome bolts? Cheers.

There is some rust at one bolt, but I may replace it with one from my other m900 shifters (no rust) - same with rubber boots, but I'm afraid no dust covers (I'll confirm that later).
