I got a whole set of new skewers, brakes, levers, flat+riser bars and seatpost. All Tekro, Kalloy stuff though. You're probably looking for something more refined judging by the wheel set.

Brand spanking new in box 1993 vintage Dia Compe 987 cantilever brakes with all the mounting hardware and straddles. $100 US dollars plus the postage probably around 22-23 to the UK. That's like a half price bargain for new old stock vintage when you have the purchasing power of the POUND!
