I actually picked one of these up for £1 from a bike jumble a couple of years ago.

This one is doing OK at the moment, despite the ugly grey headset on it, whoever put that on should be dipped in tar and feathers...Aye,
I've got one.
But its value has declined in the last 5 years.
I'm hoping it's time for the bounce back.

How good do you think the paint is?
I'll ask for a close-up as I'm tempted - mine doesn't have the chrome lugs
This ought to be at least 600, but if closer inspection reveals its hammerite with a toothbrush, that might top it at 400
And we all know what a professional paint job like this would cost...
Says pro resto though...
