But i don't know if it's a RS1 or 2 And it's a 130BCD, not a 110.

I take it 130 BCD is a road bike spacing then (excuse my ignorance!) and 110 is a standard MTB hole pitch?

Yes, 130 is for road, the smallest ring you can have is 38 teeth.
