Very interesting this.

Bit like the fall of communism in the way it is domino effect from one country to another.

I am sure there is plenty of pain and uncertainty to come, I just hope that the aftermath makes it worth it.

BTW, Makes the perevious govt look a bit silly for negotiating with Quadaffi over BP and that Megrahi fellow. DOH!

saw the loony on tv last night driving around in a golf cart while his country fell apart..he makes saddam look sane..this is what happens when you oppress a country for nearly 40 years...thing is tho...it being a tribal gov its just going to end in tears...they all hate each other so civil war is the most likely out come there..if only they could all just get aloong

If he'd just been another crazy old man in a country without oil, it would hardly be in the news.
Sell your cars and ride your bikes, for world peace! (Oh my god, I've just realised I'm turning into a hippy).

I have to be honest.

When I saw Gaddafi in his golf cart yesterday, I thought he was starting a new career as the front man of a Jamiroquai tribute band...
