well i thought this would go quicker than my other merlin,,went pretty good tonight got a clamp thing made up, wound the head set in ,slung set 2003 manitou forks in then tried to mount the xtr calliper ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :roll: :facepalm: it dont fit,,,,may be rigid forks after all,,,post few pictures tomo,,,

wow things went in pretty easy,, bottom brackets are lot easier than old,,good system,,,ordered disc calliper mount so bit luck get the callipers on soon,,,

Lol yep looks long in picture,,, it's 135 mm from side looks lot lot shorter, fits ok tho but ave see laters

i have that same stem (ringle zooka??) for sale at the mo, but in 120mm length!
just in case you realise your arms are not quite that long!

Stem seems to fit ok with temp seat on it but keep you in mind feller if need shorter one,,,thanks

well as thought the adaptor didnt fit front calliper,,,,ment to be for 160 disc,,any how managed to find a saddle and the rear calliper went on all ok apart from few washers to line calliper up with disc.
need a nine speed chain xtr if any one has one for sale,,

Thank you feller, red ringle stem on tonight see how it looks, waiting on post mount ,,second attempt, have start looking a tyres these ain't got tubes ,, more head aches I'm sure :facepalm:
