Just thought the rear dropouts and the way in which the stay ends are finished off look very much like stuff that cames/comes out of TiSports.
Pic of the serial number would confirm that.

Looks ace and well worth the cash money if I may say so myself, no matter who the maker.. Shame I'm not taller! I'm seriously thinking about acquiring a Ti frame sooner or later
