Too many mountain bikes, and would really fancy another roadie one. I´m finding everytime harder to justify bikes I´m not gonna ride, even I know I´ll regret

Just checked my Merlin 93 catalogue and they did 3 sizes, 15, 17 and 19 ".
So, if this is a medium it should be 17" c to c, does that measure out correct?
