English bb, 100 / 130' Reynolds 631
55 TT effective, will measure seat tube,
16.2cm headtube
Mudguard eyelets, rear pannier eyelets
Frame and forks only

53 cc and 59 c - top.
Due to the TT slope the frame would a fit a variety of leg length sizes!
