Mercian KoM, it measures approx 61cm ( a tad under c-t)
The frame is from 1986, I got it in 2014 and it went off to Argos for a respray and the rear drops were spaced to 130 for a modern groupset.
I've done many thousands of miles on this, it is marked I've shown that in a few of the pictures.
