Menet bicycles - any info on them?

I stumbled across a steel frame racing bike yesterday.

Don't know what the tubing is, still need to get some pics.

Its equipped with early 7 speed shimano brifters and a full shimano 105 groupset, so I'm guessing 1990s?

The makers name on the frame is MENET.

Any info folks?
