Apperently Blake my nutty border collie would benefit from having a doggy pal to help calm him down. We discussed having a puppy and quickly decided against that as it may have had the exact opposit effect. So, meet old Oscar here on a foster basis but 99.9% sure he's going to be staying permanetly.

Re:

Be careful with him Spike if his history is not fully known, Terriers can quickly go missing on ya if they've a penchant for going to earth..within minutes they can be 30/40 ft n/e/s/w of where you last seen them. Some lads test the water by tieing a washing line to the dogs collar and walk to within intrest (?) distance of a disused earth.

The terriers touched lucky

Cheers, he's testing his boundries at the moment in the house, staying firm with him though.

He seems to be fairly unactive. Judging by his very rotten teeth and diminished rear leg muscles I'd say he's been an old persons pet. Will have to try him near earth soon but, I'm on vets orders to slowly build up his fittness so the village park and back is as far as we go and he walks mostly to a perfect heel even when I'm trying to let him explore a bit.

In his defence he is 10 years old.
