Medium (54cm) Singlespeed Frame (Ideally Pompano / Spesh Tri

Looking to build myself a singlespeed for cross country riding so ideally looking for an On-one pompino or a Specialized Tricross.

Open to other frames depending on clearance if anyone has anything or other suggestions on what to look for.

Looking to pay no more than £100 for a frame (including postage).
