the Shaka reminds me of the old days. I used to own such a fork. In mine the inner legs and the steerer were titanium reinforced with carbon. In your foto the steerer tube seems to be the same. The inner tubes look like titanium also, so I reckon that's build the same way...

...maybe a nice supplement for one that buys the McMahon (wiht some doubt) frame on the Bay...
