Rare Mavic Starfish Chainset
175mm arms, 42:52 chainrings tapers and pedal threads in good condition.
Runs on a 113mm bottom bracket it think (not supplied)
Some surface marks but these should polish out without too much effort
Mavic logo in good condition on both crank arms
Teeth look hardly used
Supplied with self extracting bolts

£60 + £6 postage or collect from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

thats the Mk2 starfish that can take a smaller big ring , I assume it's lighter too

Thanks for that. It's probably a better option if used Pista style as a single ring set up unless you have "Hoy" thighs!
 
i would love to buy them myself If only i could find a reason.... I would need quite a few more parts

I remember selling a Cannondale road bike with one of the first Mektronic group sets in the UK whilst working for a major UK chain. It looked great and the lever shape felt awesome. The only problem: it was a pig to set up and didn't really work! I still wanted one though...
