Looks like a Centaur / Mirage / Xenon type hub to me. No offence but these are well known to wear out fast. I karma'd out a whole wheelset after doing battle with hubsets like these and not winning. The guy who got them won in the end, but I think he had to have had time on his hands.
I'll have a mooch & see what I've got from this hubset type that might do the job
I'm thinking a whole axle, cones, locknuts, skewer, maybe even just do you a favour and give you the hub (probably easier than going to war with the above, only to find that the cups are gone too)
