thats a 801 rear mech, the cheaper version of the 851. it,s not even a ssc part . nice rear mech though

yes the the all silver version is called the model 801 not 851. It's totally identical mechanically and functionally to the 851 just a finish difference where the 851 has the dark front plate.
If it's not ssc what is it?

The SSC rear mech also had needle bearings in the jockey wheels IIRC - it's simply an 801, no SSC designation
