Sold Matching XT Wheelset and Mavic rims now £110 posted!

For sale is a matching set of M730 (front hub) and M732 (rear hub) on Mavic M261 rims.

Bearings very smooth with no play. Rims in super condition and both run true.

8 speed cassette included. Im not sure on the wear on the cassette as ain’t used it but it appears good and probabaly XT I think?

So the cassette is free with the wheels due to unknown wear.

Now reduced to £110 posted to mainland Uk for this lovely wheelset and the cassette thrown in too

I take it the hub has a new freehub on it? As its running 8 speed. The conversion makes them a lot more usable in modern machines.

XTR was 8 speed of this era? Still fits the usual frame axle width as I tried it in my orange aluminium elite I just sold and no issues. It’s original to my reckoning

Xtr was 8 speed, but Xt m732 was 7 speed. It has a shorter (30mm) freehub.

The axle length would be the same, its basically just a freehub (35mm) and spacer swap. I've done it a few times on m732 hubs to run them 8/9 speed.

It certainly makes the wheels more useful!

Unless its a 8 out of 9 cassette.....

Those are great rims btw. One of my favourites.....easy to get the tyres on and off, strong and light.....

Glws. They should sell easy at that price...imho.
