That is indeed a well-specced machine and a great detailed listing. Very interesting that he is 5ft 11ins and says the bike fits him! The size of the head tube spoils the look somewhat for me though.

If it was nearer I'd definitely have a look and it has given me some ideas for a new frame that s on its way to me later this week.

Three hours to go on this, at £272 now. How much do we think it should/will sell for?
I'm guessing £450 but who knows in these times?

This Mercian was bid up to £410 but still did not reach reserve. Very poor listing compared to the Caygill too.
