I've been given these by a neighbour but they have a 1" steerer so I can't use them. Can the steerer be changed easily to 1.125" ? Cosmetically a bit tatty but damping and rebound feels super plush and they've held pressure for a decade! If not may dispose of them here for him, any guide on reasonable price is welcome.

A 1in steerer susp fork in working conditions is rare. Keep it this way and make a Bontrager or Yo Eddy owner happy. Much easier to find a 1 1/8 fork.

Thanks, he had them on an Orange P7. I've been looking for same with 1 1/8 steerer on eBay and seems to be a lot available, mostly +£100. If I could get similar for these that would be a pleasant surprise for my neighbour
