Anyone know if the lowers for the early z[CNC] bombers are the same?

I have a pair of Z3's but the brace is a bit twisted so its no good really,i thought about stripping for parts but then the thought struck me that these may well be exactly the same the only differences being the stanchion length and diameter :?
The Z1's are 30mm diameter as are the Z2's and it appears the Z3's as well.

Im needing this fork as its an integral part of my twin rotor set up,but if the lowers are the same then i can add the right lower[with disc mount] to any other or more suitable fork ,maybe a Z2 bam[which is closer to the travel i need]

I've tried to email marzocchi direct but all their traffic seems to go through windwave.their reply states the tech guy is away for a week.
Timing is my specialty
And i've sent the same questions to TF Tuned, but ive as yet received nothing back

Any ideas guys?

Yes all legs are the same dia and spacing

But the lowers are different, the bit towards the dropout where the cartridge bolts down is different depending on travel

and there is some difference between Z2 oil damping and Z3 mechanical dampening too

I thought that may be the case :(
I just measured drop out to the bolt and its twice the distance of the Z2

Well that ends that idea :( ,back to the old drawing board

Doesnt the Z3 share the same oil & coil :? no rebound cartridge but the internals look much the same as a Z2 bam :?

I had some Z2's with 1 1/8th steerer and Z3's with an inch

Had great idea of swapping them over to use the good bits from each, but just doesn't work i'm afraid

Ended up with some cut and shut 1in steerer Sids that the good Mr Flooks put together

Sorry, bit late to the party. Child #2 arrived Saturday...

What Scrat says is spot on. Z2 and Z3 lowers should be the same.
