Marzocchi Z4 Flylight servicing...HELP!!!

Hi,
I'm looking to service my KONA KOA Z4's and my 98 EXPLOSIF Z2's myself and i've never stripped a set of forks previously. I have ordered new seals from Winstanley cycles and 7.5w oil.
I've searched google for a 'how to' but I can't find a definitive guide. Does anybody have one or know of one?
Hints, tips and tricks for the service and setting them up afterwards would be greatly appreciated.

Can't point you to any guides but these older Bombers are really easy to service.

I take the off the bike, loosen the foot bolt off slightly (17mm bolt) then undo one top cap at a time, turn upside down to drain most of the oil out. Filly undo the foot bolts and pull the lowers off. Clean the seals (replace if needed...made easier with the fitting tool), pump the dampers to expel any old oil ten fit back together. Oil is filled with the forks fully compressed and measured from the top of the crown. Oil heights can be found on the Marzocchi website.
