53.5cm top tube
OS top and down tube
carbon fork threadless 1"
mudguard mounts all round
Not sure of tubing but clearly high quality
130 rear
It's a bit to short in the top tube for me

A 52cm top tube combined with a 57 seat tube is a highly unusual design. I can see the measuring tape in both photos, but I'd be inclined to recheck. If there is a measuring discrepancy, it's probably with the top tube ..... Have you measured a 'short cut' somewhere? Also, if it's a sloping top tube, measuring that tube will give a misleading dimension - it needs to be a virtual TT measurement

with careful measurement, I could say it's 58 x 53.5. but it's still a very short TT. I believe it was a custom for an older gentleman
