Marinovative Cheap Trick Spares?

Meh, just imported some NOS Marinovative Cheap Tricks that are not! Sigh
Well, one wheel is. The other was described as showroom bike use only, but is missing the thin flat washers and more importantly the stepped cable stop ferrel.
I may just use one on my modern retro build but it would be nice to find the correct parts. Anyone?

That's the crucial bit, the thin washers would be good too
