Marin Titanium FRS

Dirt Disciple
I'm debating on either selling or trading my Marin Titanium FRS so I can complete my Alpinestars Ti-Mega build. What do you guys think it's worth? I just want to make sure I get fair market value for it in either cash or in parts. Thanks!

Re:

That's ace and really hard to value.

Going on a similar era rigid Marin Ti frame being worth £250ish this must be worth double that. M900 XTR + Manitou etc........ Should be worth a grand easy but bet it would sell for that. I'd split and sell as parts tbh.

Don't part it out, there won't be many left this complete and original in such a condition :( if you have to sell, wait until spring for a much better market.

Re:

Looks like a full XTR '92 group on it so personally I'd value the group with wheels at upto £300 and the FRS Fuselage at £350-£400, or the complete bike somewhere between £500 and £650 depending on size and condition of pivots and shock internals.

It looks great though and I have been after an early Manitou FRS but am warming to the Marin Ti main frame version (it should last a lot longer in use than an early Bradbury frame if you intend to ride an FRS 20 years on).

Good job - and I must admit if I had a TiMega I'd be excited about finishing that too - I love them, and the Alpine Stars is definitely on my 'to do' list, if I ever find one, after a Xizang

let me know if you split - I could be interested in either an XTR group or the frame and fork depending on price of each (can't quite stretch to both until next spring)
