I think the seller is right to say that Marin took size on a c-c basis at that time, so they would call it a 17.5, even though it is 19" on a c-t basis.

A weld on seat-clamp but no canti-hanger? Did they make such a version in 95? Eitherway, it nice bike well described.

As far as I know, Marin ti frames had canti hanger welded until 1996.
Excepting that on the seat stays, the rest of the stickers are not period correct.
