Marin Pine Mountain circa '91

i have just picked up this marin pine mountain as my first retro bike. a quick search here puts it a 1989 model and i think it is pretty original. any tips or help appreciated.

Specs
19" Tange cr-mo butted frame. matt? grey with orange decals
Mike Cookson cr-mo rockstar forks
Girvin flex stem, fleuro orange bars, onza bar ends
Shimano dx levers, mechs, pedals, hubs
Shimano canti's and fc-mt160 175mm cranks
Araya rm17 rims with panaracer smoke compe tyres

think that covers it

not sure whether to clean and sell (kona's are my thing) or move over to the dark side

Mike Cookson is the bike shop that it must have been bought from, I bought mine off them ! They are still going today

Get some pictures up I think it will be later than 89 if the rockstars were fitted from new

Looks like a 1991 to me and is very nice. Love the 1990/91 Marins and need one in my life!

hey wd, i checked out your marin build posts, thought i was a good engineer :cry:

could be persuaded to sell if price is right....although i really wanted this to be my first proper retro build
