Marin Full Sus (again)

I do like an old Marin and could pick up fron Central London, down there for work next week
But
Not happy with paypal only when surely cash on collect makes more sense and the no pre viewing is also a bit offputting.
Sounds more like a take the cash and leg it to me or am I missing something?

As expected, no reply to my cash on collection question.

Shame because I would have liked that one, but he isn't getting any money up front and good luck to anyone who does pay up in advance.

Well, I probably wouldn't deal with anyone who didn't reply to reasonable Q's, but maybe offer a paypal deposit, followed by cash balance on collection.
Maybe he's worried someone won't turn up :?:
