Marin disc adapter?

I had one of these for my first edition B17. The swingarm has two holes that takes helicoil type inserts for the adapter to bolt onto. It's a really nasty looking design and I had a real faff fitting a Hayes brake (where there's a will there's a way)

If anyone cares enough, I can sort out a photo of how it looked.
