Measurements.

Not heard from billinjah since yesterdaybut he has first refusal.The other guy was stringing me along.Frame measures centre to centre,top tube 23 and seat tube 20.5,let me know.

Thanks Neill, I certainly try not to but if asking for size (had to do it twice) and having a think is stringing someone along then I certainly did that. Bit naughty of me to say I'd have it if Bill didn't though, blame red wine and over exuberance I'd say as at that point I didn't even know it would fit and at 23" top tube I'm not sure it does).

I did offer to contact a friend who was looking for a bike as a gesture of goodwill and in fact have done so, clearly wasn't accepted as such. Hey ho.
