I just received this frame in the mail...another frivolous purchase that I couldn't resist.
unfortunately I don't know what year it is. After looking at anything I could on the internet I've narrowed the years down to 1992 or 1993. The serial number is S22731, so if anyone knows what this signifies please tell me.

Yes, this was the one that ended 11 days ago.

The guy you need to speak to about frame numbers is Shayne over on VRC. He did all the info for the Blackbird Mantis site. He can shed more light on the subject.

From the number its a 22" frame probably 1991 that's all i can tell you

The green cap in the swing arm is just a cover for the cross brace, the pivot is the small hole at the bottom.
