Its a Tioga Avenger T Bone stem, Its of 150mm length & 1 1/8 quill steerer. I have one identical on the saracen and its perfect for the short saracen wheelbase

I want £10 posted for the stem and I will put the whole £10 to Movember charity or if you are doing Movember yourself then I will give you Stem for £10 and sponser you the £10 you gave me.
