Manitou SX-r forks x 2

Got two pairs of 98 Manitou SXr's that I don't need, I have not used either pair so cannot comment on the performance.

First pair in red are complete and in very nice nic and have a 240mm 1 1/8" steerer.

Second pair in blue are missing the brake bosses, the rebound adjuster and a decal off one leg. They have a 205mm 1 1/8" steerer.

Don't really need any more forks at the mo, sorry.

Would swap them for a mint red label black flite or a 400mm plus black 26.8mm syncros seatpost.

Thats about all I'm after at the mo.

I'd like to buy these for a mate who needs them to replace the bent lowers on his red SX Ti's on his '98 Stumpy

Am I right thinking that the only difference between the SXr & SX Ti is that the Ti has a Ti spring in them?

Hi Chris, yeah that's the plan & keep the blue set as spare internals.

I think I'll risk it, if the Ti internals don't fit he could either use the SXr's as is or resell them.
