Manitou Spyder R forks in beautiful condition

1998/99 Manitou Spyder R (blue) forks in beautiful condition. Came off a 1999 DBR Axis. The travel adjustments do not work - if they do it is hardly noticeable, however, they considering their age they have very few marks/scratches and the decals are practically untouched (the worst can be seen in the photos) and they are a fully functioning fork.

What's the steerer diameter and length? Are these air or coil?

The steerer is 1 and 1/8th, cut to 200mm. They are coil and not air.
