Manitou FS - proper one?

this looks like a proper manitou fs to me at 150quid at the moment:

Looks real enough to me to BUT there's bits missing. Awkward to find bits!
Front mech and rear derailleur external cable stop being the obvious two.

In the 3rd picture there's also a big scuff just infront of the seat tube.
