Manitou elastomers

Can someone shed some light on these please,ive got a set of yellow,a set of red and some black ones for my Manitou 4's,whats the softer and the harder colours please,also theres replacement elastomers on ebay in white atm has anyone fitted them and are they any good?

If they're from Slim, they're spot on. I had a set of his in my Sports and have a set in my 3's. He's a good chap!
