I've got a set of Manitou 3 forks for sale

The stanchions and lower legs are in great condition and the elastomers don't seem too bad at all. There is some damage to the top caps though as shown in the pics from cable guide interference. 1 1/8th steerer with length shown in pic below, they came off a '94 Hei Hei which was and 18 inch model.

I'll throw in the manual for these as well which I found the other day.

Excuse my ignorance but do they have a removable steerer or is the steerer fixed in the crown?
Are the top adjusters seized or do they actually move?
