Not sure i'm affraid. I've been running them with RST Mozo Pro elastomers to great effect. They are much better than the soft ones if you are a 'larger rider'. I can include them in the sale if that helps?
I think there are spring kits available on ebay?

there is a place in the states called suspension fork parts that sells elastomers for all manitou models they cost about $45 for a set.
