Manitou 2 small parts wanted : Dropout adjustment assembly

Hi...I need the same part...but I think what you have is not complete...here are some pics of what I have...the first on the left is the complete part I think the next on the left where your barrel adjuster screws in at the top the next pic confuses me because on the right the long bolt has snapped and been left inside but something is in there with it around it, on the left you can see where the other legs bolt screws in to the other end of the part the barrel adjuster screws in to same shot different angle .

However in the second pic above it looks like the threaded part has been rammed against the part you're looking for.

It may mean I need two of what you have....I hope only one...if so I was going to suggest going halves on a fork to get the bits....Ive read on here internals for manitou2 and 3 are super hard to get hold of....I also read someone put a spring in one leg and kept the elastomers in the other, I might resort to that, if I can

Sorry, I don't get it.
Why you say that the part I have is not complete ?

Re:

I've got a set of Mani 2s that i am breaking for parts. I'll see what condition the adjuster is in.

I said I thought it might be, Ive never seen inside of Manitou 2s!, seeing your posted pic means I don't actually know what needs replacing of mine or whether you could have made use of it.

If there's anything left from Antstarks forks I could use I'd be all ears....as to what's going on with what I've found too!!

TchoMec :
The left part on my pic and the left part on your pic are complete. The adjuster is fully screwed in on my pic and fully screwed off on your pic, but they are the same. Assuming that you also have the adjuster knob, you have 1 complete adjuster assembly.
Your broken one could eventualy help me, if the parts are not seized together. If the external part can be unscrewed from the broken rod, it would save my forks ! :)

Anstark :
Let me (us) know what you find inside your fork ! :)

Re:

Hi,
I have a set of lowers that are polished that will work for you. I used the uppers on a different project after rebuilding them. Cleaned & lubed up with fresh slick honey. loaded with upper/lower bushings & wipers, you can just drop your stanchion assembly in to and go! PM me if you have any questions.

Found this in my Manitou spares box while looking for a Mach5 damper rebuild kit.
