Magura's - Using different Hoses

Has anyone used different hoses on their Magura's other than the stock black stuff. I see Jagwire do a range called HyFlow are these compatible or is the ID to much?

Got metal hoses on some Maguras I bought 2nd hand recently.

Seem to work ok, but I had to trim and re-fit them as they were leaking fluid when I first bled the brakes. The fixing system doesn't seem quite as solid as proper Magura hoses whicj uses compression olives for an airtight fit. These ones fit over a nipple, and then have a nut tightened down over them.

So internal diameter of the hose within reason isn't going to make much of a difference then? Ive got a few spare fittings and olives I can use, Maybe I can get some hose fabbed up from my local brake suppliers.

SHouldn't make a difference as the Magura system is low pressure - so a slightly larger diameter intenally will just mean a tiny bit more fluid in the system, but they will compress the same AFAIK.
