Drapoon
Kona Fan
Bought these from Kingroon circa 6 months ago. Used a handful of times. Here's the original advert....Hope he doesn't mind!
"Up for grabs is a sweet pair of Mag 21s with SL brace and a massive 1" threaded steerer..
When I bought them they had just been fully rebuilt and primered; I haven't used them but the action is as smooth as butter.. No stanchion wear and they even come with uber cool valve hole covers [that I paid crazy over the odds for..].. There is one blemish on the back of the crown that will clean off, nothing permanent.. (I've now cleaned this off)
The thing is.. I've packed them all up and Bubble Wrapped the Beauties.. Without measuring how long the steerer is.. But you can see it's pretty long.. You can either run it as is, or [and if I was keeping them] cut the inch or so of thread off and run them ahead stylee.. IF you buy them and IF the steerer is too short, I will refund ya, how's that for fair? They should be great for any frame up to about 20"
I have run them on a 19 inch Kona with the threaded section in conjunction with a chris King Devolution headset with no problems. I've added some minty ATI Clear Boots (nos at time of fitting). All they need is either some fresh paint or run them in primer grey like I did! Primer is spotless btw
